2026 B.R.A.V.E. Leadership & 200HR Teacher Training Program

Our 200 Hour Leadership Teacher Training Program is for anyone looking to personally transform in the areas of your life that matter most to you. Whether you want to lead yoga classes or show up more powerfully in specific areas of your life, this program is for YOU.

Our training is based in the Baptiste Yoga Methodology and upon completion, you will be ready to lead a practice to anyone, anywhere. The intensive nature of this program is designed specifically to take you out of what you already know and allow you to step up to the edge where personal growth, authenticity and purpose reside.

Through the practices and techniques of Baptiste Yoga – Asana, Meditation and Self Inquiry you will gain the tools to unlock your potential. We incorporate B.R.A.V.E. - Breakthroughs, Resiliency, Accountability, Vulnerability and Empowerment in all we do to create powerful teachers & leaders in our community.

BRAVE Leadership & Teacher Training is a Registered Yoga School (RYS) with Yoga Alliance, which designates this teacher training program as one which follows Yoga Alliances standards. Students who complete a verified training with this school may be eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYTs).

We will meet for seven intensive weekends over a three-month period. We will also meet weekly on Friday evenings. The weekly hours are as follows:

Fridays: 6:00pm - 8:15pm

Saturdays 7:30am – 7:00pm

Sundays 7:30am – 5:30pm

Your tuition includes unlimited yoga during the duration of the training to allow you plenty of practice time on your mat.
