Room options & pricing (per person, USD)

Single Rooms (limited to 4) — $4,999 per person

Private room (queen bed). Best for maximum privacy.

● Double — $3,499 per person

Shared room for two (either two single beds or a shared queen in a 1‐bedroom suite—great for friends or couples). You must have both occupants to register.

Email us if you need support connecting with a roommate.

● Triple — $2,799 per person

Shared bungalow for three (flex mix of two twins + one double). Budget‐friendly without sacrificing comfort. You must have all occupants to register.

How to reserve

1. Registration for past attendees opens on October 1st, 2025. General registration

opens on October 8th, 2025. If you were a past attendee and have a roommate that isn’t, you can both still register early together.

2. A non-refundable deposit of $700 reserves your spot and applies to your total balance

1. Deposit can be paid through the Power Yoga Fort Wayne Website via Check, ACH or Credit Card (charges may apply)

3. Remaining payment dates and amount due are as follows:

1. 50% of total balance is due by June 1st, 2026

2. The remaining balance is due by September 1st, 2026.

Cancellation and Refund Policies: If you cannot make it, we accept name transfers up to the date of the trip. Due to the upfront cost of booking these retreats, all deposits and payments are non-refundable.
