Restorative
Restorative yoga focuses solely on relaxation and stillness. With the use of bolsters and blocks, your body will feel completely supported and comfortable as you relax into positions for several minutes each. Restorative uses time and stillness to help you unwind and soften and is deeply healing to the nervous system. This class incorporates music and is suited to all levels. You will need to be able to get up and down from the floor.
