About the Event
Help us welcome our friend Anita Trent, co-owner of Be Moved Power Yoga in West Lafayette Indiana and join her for a Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath class.
This is a hybrid class that combines Restorative Yoga and Yin Yoga. We will end in a meditation followed by a 20 minute sound bath experience. This pop-up is for anyone who wants to relax and head into the weekend fully restored.
