Inversion Workshop

Interested in exploring balancing on your hands but don’t have the time to deeply dive in in a regular yoga class? Then join Maddy for a workshop dedicated to flipping your world and getting your hips above your heart!  

We will start with warming up the body and understanding the tools behind a successful inversion practice. Then, safely and intelligently, we will break down the components of the poses and work toward the inversions. Modifications, variations, as well as skills to continue to grow your practice on your own will be taught. This is a great class for students who are both beginning inversions as well as those with strong inversion practices who want to deepen their abilities.
