Fright Night Flow

 Does an evening of fright sound alright? Join us if you dare for a Halloween scare! We’re calling all goblins, ghosts and creatures of the night… creep, float or crawl on over to our candlelit Halloween flow. The undertaking will begin promptly at 6:30pm; after class, trick or treat yourself to a festive fall brew. You’d be ghoulish to miss this! Purchase your tickets on MINDBODY or at the front desk, space is limited. Come dressed to exercise, masks and haunting makeup optional.
