About the Event
Get into the holiday spirit during this 8 - class Saturday sculpt series led by 200RYT & certified sculpt instructor, Karysa Swackenberg.
Classes will begin at 8am starting the first Saturday in November through December 21st.
These 45 minute full-body exercise classes are designed to build strength, tone muscle, and increase your endurance. This series welcomes all skill levels to sweat in a heated, upbeat, fun, & festive environment as we countdown to the holidays!
Bring a water bottle & a yoga mat if you have your own. Tennis shoes are optional and all weights & props will be provided.
